1. Returns
1.1. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for any reason.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@blueshieldoptics.com to request a return authorization. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
2.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
